PROMOTING SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP PRODUCT
The object of the research are the social entrepreneurs and its business development. The aim of the research is to discuss existing marketing strategies applied to social entrepreneurship and to offer possible ways of their improvement. The research is relevant and consistent with the increasing role of social entrepreneurship taking the full power throe the fast changing political, economic, socio cultural and technological circumstances of the 21st century. While marketing the social entrepreneurship, the focus on marketing strategies must be revised. The research methodology includes both traditional and modern elements of marketing, such as marketing mix, strategies, customer segmentation and targeting, pricing altogether with the main elements of social entrepreneurship, such as social and economic aspects.
The results present thet in standard marketing strategies, the strategy for social entrepreneurs should include segmentation of the customers and consumers by taking into consideration standard criteria (such as geographical, demographical, psychographic and behavior segmentation) but also implementing own criteria most adequate for the products they are currently interested to produce. It is important which factors are significant enough to take decisions of expansion, harvest or liquidation of products

Suppliers are manufacturers of products that offer both traditional product portfolio and limited demand products and intermediaries offering products of famous brands. Due to the decline in the category of suppliers offered the mechanism of its development through elimination of shortcomings as a result of previous cooperation

by the educational services market. This is due to the fact that the
level of education and obtained qualification are the one of the key
factors of the quality of the labor force in the labor market, hence,
as is well known, the number of knowledge, skills and abilities that
an employee possesses increases as well. This, respectively, leads
to the increase in quality and quantity of goods (services) produced
by the labor market and an increase in the organization’s income,
which leads, inter alia, to an increase in wages and quality of life
for an employee, and in the long term, acceleration of the country's

A Discriminant Analysis of Insurance Companies in Ukraine
Determining and forecasting the financial situation of insurance companies of Ukraine has become an
important issue of financial supervision in view of the need to ensure the sustainability of the financial sector
and reduce the negative impact of the insolvency of insurance companies. Given the significant number of
bankruptcies of insurance companies in Ukraine in recent years, a discriminatory method may be applied to
improve off-site financial supervision. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of discriminatory
models developed for companies producing goods and providing non-financial services to banking institutions
and insurance companies. It is substantiated that in order to improve the quality of estimation and forecasting
of the financial state of insurance companies in Ukraine, the development of a discriminant model should take
into account the domestic specificity of the insurance business. The scientific work defines the stages of
development and testing of the quality of a discriminant model for determining the financial status of insurance
companies in Ukraine. For the development of a discriminant model, taking into account the existing statistical
base, 31 indicators of activity of 12 insurance companies for 2015 were selected. The selection of statistical
indicators for use as factors in a discriminant model was performed on the basis of a two-choice F-test, a
Farrar-Globard algorithm, a matrix of pair coefficients of correlation. A discriminatory model for determining
the financial status of insurance companies in Ukraine included net returns on equity, asset turnover ratios,
insurance risk rates, and changes in equity. The application of the model allows you to determine whether the
insurance company has a satisfactory or unsatisfactory financial condition. Approval of the developed
discriminant model has proven its high quality
Strategies for sustainable socio-economic development and mechanisms their implementation in the global dimension
The authors of the book have come to the conclusion that it is necessary to effectively use modern approaches to developing and implementation strategies of sustainable socio-economic development in order to increase efficiency and competitiveness of economic entities. Basic research focuses on economic diagnostics of socio-economic potential and financial results of economic entities, transition period in the economy of individual countries and ensuring their competitiveness, assessment of educational processes and knowledge management. The research results have been implemented in the different models and strategies of supply and logistics management, development of non-profit organizations, competitiveness of tourism and transport, financing strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises, cross-border cooperation. The results of the study can be used in decision-making at the level the economic entities in different areas of activity and organizational-legal forms of ownership, ministries and departments that promote of development the economic entities on the basis of models and strategies for sustainable socio-economic development. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in modern concepts and mechanisms for management of sustainable socio-economic development of economic entities in the condition of global economic transformations and challenges
